The Person Who Builds the Program Still Runs It.
Christopher Rice founded Make It a Double in 2022 after almost two decades in high-end San Francisco restaurants and bars. Today the drink concepts, the seasonal menus, and the planning conversations are team work: our lead bartender builds the seasonal menus, and we all hold the same standard on site.
The team covers the corridor with leads across the north and south metro, so scale never comes at the cost of the standard.

Denver, Westminster, Lakewood, Aurora, Boulder, Centennial, Arvada, Thornton, the Colorado Front Range, and mountain towns including Breckenridge.
Our corridor runs Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, and west to Breckenridge, and the mountain towns are regular work for us. Engagements outside of the corridor are quoted individually and carry a travel minimum if your venue sits beyond that range. Outside that range? Tell us about your event.
