Two timelines that ran differently

Mountain venue, 5:30pm ceremony

Guests arrived ninety minutes early because of the drive. We opened a welcome station at 4:00pm with one batched drink and water, which absorbed the early crowd and made the real cocktail hour effortless.

Denver rooftop, 6:30pm ceremony

All the pressure landed after dark. We staffed lighter early and heavier at 8pm, and moved the espresso martini to a late-night feature instead of the main menu.
