How a Class Runs
About Two and a Half Hours, Start to Finish.
Budget about two and a half hours for your guests: a half hour to arrive and mingle with a welcome drink, then roughly two hours of hands-on class covering three drinks. Nobody gets rushed out at the end. Classes run best up to about 30 guests, which keeps every person at a station with room to work and time with a bartender. Larger groups are possible with additional staff, so tell us your headcount and we will build the room around it.
First 30 minutes
Guests arrive, mingle, and get a welcome drink in hand before anything formal starts.
About two hours
The class itself. Three drinks built, tasted, and adjusted by every participant, with technique coaching between rounds.
After the last round
Nobody gets rushed out. Most groups wrap around the two and a half hour mark, and plenty stay a while longer. Our own set-up and pack-out happen on either side of that window, on our clock rather than yours.
