- How We Charge
Pricing
How Beverage Service Is Actually Priced.
Every event is scoped individually, so we do not publish a rate card. Here is exactly how the pricing works and what moves it.
Two Structures
Bar Service Is Quoted One of Two Ways.
Hourly
Used for private and at-home events where the scope is simple and the timeline is short. You are buying bartender time and a straightforward bar setup, so the hours on site are the main variable and the scope stays easy to describe.
Per-Event
Used for weddings, corporate events, and festivals where the build, the menu, the staffing, and the coordination are all part of the scope. The proposal covers the whole operation rather than a clock, because most of the work happens in planning, prep, and load-in before a single drink is poured.
What Moves the Number
Eight Things Decide What an Event Costs.
Guest Count
Headcount sets mixer and garnish quantities, glassware, ice, and how many hands are needed behind the bar.
Event Duration
Service hours, plus the setup and breakdown windows that sit on either side of them.
Bar Count
One bar or several. Each station carries its own build, its own par levels, and its own staff.
Menu Complexity
A tight signature list runs differently than a full cocktail program with fresh juices, house syrups, and batching.
You Supply the Alcohol
You purchase and pay for all alcohol directly. We build the shopping list down to bottle counts so you know exactly what to buy. We never buy, sell, stock, or mark up alcohol.
Travel and Load-In
Distance, drive time, access, elevators, stairs, and dock windows all affect the crew hours a build actually takes.
Glassware and Rentals
Real glass, specialty vessels, and any rented equipment coordinated for the room.
Staffing Ratio
Bartenders and barbacks set to the expected service pace, not to a generic formula, so the line never becomes the story.
What Is Always Included
These Are Never Line Items Added Later.
- Custom menu design around your guests, venue, and season
- Quantity calculation for your headcount and timeline
- The bar structure, brought and built
- Glassware, ice sourced for each style of drink, garnish, and service ware
- Insured and TIPS certified bar team
- Setup, full service, and complete breakdown
- A zero-proof menu on every event
- Coordination with your planner, venue, and caterer
Alcohol sits outside the proposal by design. You purchase and pay for it directly, and we never buy, sell, stock, or mark up alcohol.
Travel and Coverage
Our Primary Corridor Runs Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, and west to Breckenridge.
Inside that corridor, travel is part of a normal scope and does not need a separate conversation. It covers Denver, Boulder, the Front Range suburbs, and the mountain towns we work in regularly, Breckenridge and its neighbors included.
Engagements outside of the corridor are quoted individually and carry a travel minimum if your venue sits beyond that range. Outside that range? Tell us about your event.
Getting a Number
Tell Us the Date, the Venue, and the Guest Count.
That is enough for us to scope an event honestly. A proposal with menu direction, staffing, and full scope lands in your inbox within 24 hours. If something in the scope does not fit, we will say so before you sign anything. Serving Denver, Westminster, Lakewood, Aurora, Boulder, Centennial, Arvada, Thornton, the Colorado Front Range, and mountain towns including Breckenridge.
