Event Bar Service FAQ
The questions we get most often about how event bar service works in Colorado, answered plainly. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will tell you the same way.
Our beverage service covers the entire bar operation, not just the people behind it. That means custom menu design, quantity calculation for your headcount, the bar structure itself, glassware, ice sourced for each style of drink, garnish, a licensed and certified bar team, and full breakdown at the end of the night. A zero-proof menu is included on every event. We also coordinate directly with your planner, venue, and caterer so the beverage side is not something you have to manage.
Yes. We bring the physical bar and build it on site, along with the back bar setup, glassware, ice, and service ware. If your venue already has a bar structure that works for the room, we are happy to use it and adapt our build around it. Either way, you are not renting a bar separately or sourcing equipment yourself.
We serve events from 20 to 5,000 guests. Small private gatherings run with a single bar and a compact menu, while festivals and large productions run several bars at once under one operation. The structure changes with the scale, but the standard behind the bar does not.
Our primary corridor runs Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, and west to Breckenridge, which covers Denver, Boulder, the Front Range suburbs, and the mountain venues within a reasonable drive. Engagements outside the corridor are quoted individually and carry a travel minimum. If your venue sits beyond that range, tell us where it is and we will be straightforward about whether it makes sense.
Yes. We carry liquor liability and general liability coverage suitable for events of any size, and we provide certificates of insurance to venues, planners, and municipalities on request. Every bartender on our team is TIPS certified. Venues and public agencies regularly have us on file as an approved vendor.
Many clients purchase their own alcohol, and we plan it down to bottle counts so nothing runs short and nothing is wasted. We build the order, tell you exactly what to buy, and give you a clear order to place. You purchase and pay for all alcohol directly. We never buy it, sell it, stock it, or mark it up.
No. We are a beverage company and we stay in that lane. We work closely with caterers across the Front Range and are always happy to make recommendations, and we coordinate with your caterer on timing, service flow, and pairings so the two operations work together.
Yes, and it is a full program rather than a courtesy soda gun. Every event we run includes a zero-proof menu built with the same fresh juices, house syrups, and technique as the cocktail list, so guests who are not drinking get a real drink. We also run zero-proof only events for venues, workplaces, and hosts who want it that way. See the zero-proof program.
Yes. Allergens are taken into consideration when we build the menu, so restrictions are designed around rather than worked around on the night. Tell us what your guests need during planning and we will adjust ingredients, garnishes, and prep accordingly. Common concerns like dairy, nuts, and gluten are straightforward for us to plan for.
There is no fixed rule, because guest count alone does not tell you how fast a bar will run. A cocktail-forward menu, a single service peak right after a ceremony, or a room with one bar instead of two all change the ratio. We model the expected pace against your timeline and recommend a staffing count in the proposal, then explain the reasoning so you can decide with us rather than guess.
For weddings and large productions, six to twelve months out is typical, particularly for peak summer and fall dates on the Front Range. Corporate events and private gatherings often come together in a few weeks, and we can move quickly when the scope is clear. If your date is close, reach out anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.
Yes. We run hands-on cocktail and mixology classes for teams, private groups, and hosts who want to learn technique rather than watch it. Sessions are built around your group size and skill level, and they work as a standalone booking or alongside a bar for the rest of the evening. See classes.
Yes. When a venue holds its own liquor license and cannot permit an outside alcohol vendor, we run our non-alcoholic program alongside the in-house bar instead of competing with it. The venue keeps the license, the alcohol service, and the revenue, and guests still get a full beverage experience. See venue partnerships.

Wondering How This Gets Priced?
We scope every event individually rather than publishing a rate card, and we explain the whole structure openly. Serving Denver, Westminster, Lakewood, Aurora, Boulder, Centennial, Arvada, Thornton, the Colorado Front Range, and mountain towns including Breckenridge.
