Bar and beverage service in Larimer County.
Larimer County is the northern anchor of our corridor. Fort Collins marks the top of our standard service range, and everything from there south is a normal date. We provide the bar, professional staff, menu, ice, and glassware for weddings, brewery adjacent work, and event center dates.
Larimer County is the northern anchor of the corridor. Fort Collins marks the top of our standard service range, and everything from there south is a normal date rather than a travel exception.
Fort Collins events fall into a few clear patterns. Old Town properties with alley load-in and pedestrian traffic to work around. University-adjacent and institutional space with facilities coordination and defined service windows. A large brewery and taproom culture, which often means an existing beverage license on site and a scope that focuses our team on craft cocktail service or a full zero-proof station alongside it. And a strong barn and ranch wedding market on the county's western and northern edges.
Loveland and Windsor add lakeside, garden, and event-center venues, most of which load in cleanly and run on a predictable timeline. Those are efficient dates and often pair with a Fort Collins event the same weekend.
Estes Park is the outlier and we scope it honestly. The drive up the Big Thompson canyon is slow with a loaded vehicle, elevation is over seven thousand feet, weather turns fast in every season, and many properties have limited vehicle turnaround. Estes dates get a longer load-in window, a more conservative arrival time, and a fully self-contained bar build with its own ice and water handling.
Because Larimer sits an hour or more north of our base, we consolidate supply runs and prep before departure rather than counting on a mid-event supply trip.
Weddings make up a larger share of our Larimer County calendar than in the metro, and the barn and ranch properties that host them rarely have a second indoor option. That makes the weather plan part of the beverage scope: a covered bar position, a wind strategy for garnish and menus, and a service line that can move under a tent without losing the flow the couple approved.

Common questions
Planning bar service in Larimer County.
What areas of Larimer County do you cover?
Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Estes Park. Loveland and Windsor add lakeside, garden, and event center venues that load in cleanly and often pair with a Fort Collins event the same weekend. Because Larimer sits an hour or more north of our base, prep and supply runs happen before departure.
Do you serve outdoor and open property venues in Larimer County?
Yes, and weddings are a larger share of the calendar here than in the metro. Barn and ranch properties rarely have a second indoor option, so the weather plan is part of the beverage scope: a covered bar position, a wind strategy for garnish and menus, and a service line that works under a tent.
How do you handle venues with no power or water at the bar position?
Self-contained, with our own ice and water handling. Estes Park is the clearest case. The Big Thompson canyon drive is slow with a loaded vehicle, elevation is over seven thousand feet, and many properties have limited vehicle turnaround, so those dates get a longer load-in window and a conservative arrival time.
