Weld County is the northeastern shoulder of our corridor, and we hold a clear line on it. We serve the western Weld communities that sit inside the Front Range corridor, primarily Greeley and Johnstown. We do not push east into the plains, because a bar crew arriving with warm ice and a two-hour drive behind it is not the service we want to sell.

Greeley work tends to be civic, agricultural, and university-adjacent. Event centers, fairground-style property, community celebrations, and barn or ranch weddings on the surrounding acreage. Those venues are often open-property builds where power at the bar position is not a given, so we scope self-contained: our own bar, our own ice transport, our own water and waste handling, and a back bar that holds up in open sun and wind.

Johnstown sits on the I-25 corridor between Loveland and the metro, which makes it one of the easier northern dates to reach. Event center, hotel, and residential work there loads in cleanly and runs on a metro-style timeline.

Agricultural venues in Weld also mean surface planning. Gravel, packed dirt, and turf all change how we set a bar and where we place staff traffic, and we confirm the actual bar position on the walkthrough rather than from a floor plan.

Guest counts on Weld County agricultural venues often run higher than the room suggests, because open property invites a longer guest list. We plan positions off the real headcount and the arrival pattern, and on hot open ground we increase the ice allocation and add a water station so guests are not queuing at the bar simply to rehydrate. Dust is the other honest variable on gravel and dirt access lanes, so we keep prep covered and set the bar upwind of vehicle traffic wherever the layout allows it.
