LoDo event bar and beverage service.
LoDo event bar service covers the bar, the bartenders, the mixers, garnish, ice, and glassware for events in the district's converted brick and timber warehouse rooms. We build self contained, work inside landmark rules on wall contact, and plan load in around shared freight elevators and scheduled alley windows.
Almost nothing in LoDo loads in from a driveway. The freight elevator is the front door for most of these buildings, it is shared with every other vendor in the building that day, and it is typically reserved in one hour blocks through building management. That single detail sets the shape of a LoDo timeline more than the guest count does.
The rooms themselves are brick and timber warehouse floors that were converted rather than purpose built. That means beautiful bones and very little built in service infrastructure. A bar here arrives as a complete unit, with its own ice handling, its own water plan, and its own waste plan, because the building rarely offers one.
Guest arrival is its own variable. Union Station puts train and bus traffic through the middle of the district, street parking is metered and scarce, and a Rockies home date congests everything from Wynkoop out to the numbered streets. We build the arrival buffer against the calendar, not against the map.
Access and load in
Getting into LoDo.
Load in is usually an alley window on one of the numbered streets, scheduled rather than open, followed by a shared freight elevator in a reserved one hour block. We ask for the building's vendor rules early, because they vary building to building even on the same block, and we send crew and vehicle details in whatever format management wants them. Where the elevator block is tight, we stage in fewer, heavier trips and finish the build upstairs. Landmark district rules limit wall contact and permanent fixture placement, so nothing we bring gets fastened to the structure. Metered street parking is not a plan, so the vehicle leaves after the drop and returns for strike at a second scheduled window.

Timber columns, exposed brick, and long sight lines mean the bar is visible from most of the room, and the back of the bar reads as part of the decor whether you intend it to or not. We keep the working surface clean, keep backstock out of the sight line, and set the bar so the line forms along an aisle instead of across the room. Ceiling height and hard surfaces make these rooms loud, so bar staff work closer to guests and the menu stays short enough to order over noise.

You do, directly. We do not sell alcohol and we add no markup to it. We build the menu, tell you exactly what quantities the guest count and the timeline call for, and staff and run the bar on the night.
