RiNo bar service covers a self contained bar built for the district's raw industrial rooms and galleries, staffed by professional bartenders, with mixers, garnish, ice, and glassware included. Roll up door access shapes the build, and a venue holding its own on site license changes the scope of what we run.
RiNo is the district where the logistics get easier and the design gets harder. Vehicle access is straightforward, so the time you save on load in goes straight into the bar itself, which in these rooms is a piece of the design rather than a service counter.
Roll up doors change the job. In most of downtown the vehicle stops at a dock or an alley and everything moves by elevator. In RiNo the truck often backs to the opening and the build starts where it lands.
The rooms are converted industrial and warehouse space, galleries, and raw event floors with very little built in service infrastructure. A self contained bar build is the norm here rather than the exception, which is why we treat the bar as a structure with its own water, ice, and waste plan instead of a station that plugs into the venue.
Design comes next. In a raw room with a mural on the long wall, the bar is a primary visual element. Where the mural sits decides where the bar wants to sit, and that decision usually comes before the floor plan.
Access and load in
Getting into RiNo.
Roll up doors, gravel and surface lots, and ground level openings mean the drop is short and the crew is not fighting a shared elevator. That is not universal, so we confirm the opening height and the lot surface before we plan the build, because a gravel lot in March moves differently than it does in July. Co located breweries and distilleries are common, and a venue that holds its own on site license changes the scope of what we do rather than whether we do it. We ask about the license in the first conversation, since it determines whether we are staffing and running your beverage program or working alongside the venue's.

Concrete floors, exposed steel, and high ceilings make for a room with no acoustic help and no soft edges, so the bar has to hold visual weight to register at all. We build for a face that reads from across the room and keep the working side disciplined, because in a gallery space there is no back of house to hide in. Murals set the backdrop, so we position to frame them rather than block them, and we keep bar lighting from washing out the wall.
