Santa Fe Arts District bar service is built for gallery spaces along Santa Fe Drive. We bring bartenders, mixers, garnish, ice, and glassware, prep off site so the bar arrives finished, and work to the floor and wall protection the gallery rental requires.
A gallery is a room with nothing to hide behind. There is no back of house, no service corridor, and no kitchen to stage in, so anything that would normally happen out of sight happens in front of guests or it happens somewhere else entirely. We choose somewhere else.
That is why prep for a Santa Fe date is done off site. Batching, cutting, and building come first, and the bar arrives finished, so the work on the floor is pouring and clearing rather than production.
First Friday is the other planning fact. On those nights the district fills, the street is a crowd, and a load in is not realistic. We check the date against the calendar before we scope the build.
